The database design to store gene interactions has been updated. This
commit modifies the database creation to adapt the SQLs to the new
structure.

Interaction generation was generating interactions with the same id for geneA
and geneB due to a parsing error. This commit fixes this error and now
interactions are correctly generated.

Initial commit with the first version of the database.
